These are the areas we cover, all worked from one base: 21 Lodge Lane, Grays, Essex, RM17 5RY. There is no branch network and no local office anywhere below. What follows is where we are prepared to travel, not a list of places we already have a presence in.

This is a statement of where we will travel, not a claim that we have already completed a job in every place named. A page of its own means we have enough to say about that specific town to make it worth a visit, not that a finished job there is on record.

Romford sits under London here because that is the borough it belongs to, even though its postcode reads Essex. Either page gets you the same answer, so do not worry about which list it sits on.
Also asked about, with no page of their own yet: Medway, Bexley, Barking, Brentwood, Rainham, Upminster and Tilbury. Not having a page does not mean we will not travel there, see below.
There is no fixed boundary on a map
- Not on the list above. Ask anyway. It is what we have mapped so far, not a hard edge.
- Distance is decided job by job, weighed against what the job is and how much there is.
- A photo and a postcode gets you a straight answer on whether it is practical, before you commit to anything.
- Further out generally costs more to reach, the same as it would for any trade that travels to you.
What we handle, wherever you are

Cement, coatings, tiles and the more delicate materials too
Cement sheeting, Artex, floor tiles, gutters and water tanks are ours, everywhere we cover. Sprayed coatings, pipe or boiler lagging and asbestos insulating board need more care, and some of it needs a licensed contractor. We will tell you which, and what to look for in one, wherever you are. Soffits and anything in a loft do not get a price until someone has actually looked.

What people ask before they call
Do you charge extra to travel to me?
Distance can be one of the things that affects a price, the same as it would for any trade. Send your postcode with the photo and it will be reflected honestly in the quote, not hidden and added later.
I am outside Essex, Kent and London. Will you still come?
Possibly. Ask anyway, with your postcode. We would rather tell you plainly if it is not practical than take the enquiry and let you down later.
Are you actually based near me, or is this a national call centre?
We are one company working from one base in Grays, Essex. Whoever answers the phone is the same business that turns up to do the work. More on who that is on the about page.
Why does my town have no page of its own?
Because we do not want to claim local knowledge or a finished job we cannot point to. Not having a page for a town does not mean we will not cover it: ask, and we will give you a straight answer.
