What happens after I send the form?
It comes through to us and we read it the same day during working hours. If you have sent a photo, that usually tells us most of what we need, and you will get a straight answer rather than a booking form. If it is urgent, ring 07708 761540 and you will get somebody rather than a queue.
What if I do not know what material I have?
That is a completely normal starting point, not a problem. Tell us where in the building it is and send a photo if you can, and we will tell you what it likely is and what happens next.
