Cement sheeting that is not cracked, drilled or broken is not releasing fibres. Leaving it alone is often the right answer, and we will tell you that rather than talk you into a job you do not need.

We are not surveyors ourselves and cannot arrange one for you. Cement sheeting, Artex, floor tiles, gutters and water tanks are ours directly. Sprayed coatings, pipe or boiler lagging and asbestos insulating board need more care, and some of it needs a licensed contractor. We will tell you which, and what to look for in one. Soffits and anything in a loft do not get a price until someone has actually looked, because cement sheet and insulating board look identical there.
