Cement sheeting, Artex, floor tiles, gutters and water tanks are ours directly. Bromley's own guidance is that higher risk materials need an HSE licensed contractor, which is the same line we work to for sprayed coatings, pipe or boiler lagging and asbestos insulating board. Soffits and anything in a loft do not get a price until someone has actually looked.

How to stop worrying about asbestos?
The practical answer is usually the calming one: asbestos that is bound into cement and undamaged is not releasing fibres, and the safest thing is often to leave it exactly where it is. Worry tends to come from not knowing what you are looking at, which a photo and a straight answer usually fixes faster than searching does.
Can your lungs clear asbestos?
That is a medical question, and we are not medically qualified to answer it. The NHS and HSE are the right places for the health question. What we can tell you practically is that material which is not disturbed is not putting fibres into the air in the first place.
How much does it roughly cost to remove asbestos?

Can I get asbestos removed for free?
Not from us. Bromley's own Waldo Road facility and its Corporation of London collection cover some small quantities, but neither is described as free on the council's page, and larger or higher-risk jobs need a paid specialist either way.
